Took a cooking class on Wednesday night. It was so much fun. The menu included -
Veggie Spring Rolls with tamarind dipping sauce
Sautéed salmon stuffed with oyster mushrooms, wrapped in rice paper with chive
Warm salad of roasted artichoke, new potatoes and pine nuts
Goat cheese tart
The goat cheese tart was AMAZING! It had goat cheese, cream cheese, lemon zest and flaked almonds. Heavenly. I also now know how to make stuffed salmon. It’s so on!!!
